Boys Freshman Baseball

At Digistorm School, our Freshman Boys Baseball program sets the stage for future varsity success. The Dragons Freshman team focuses on building strong fundamentals, teamwork, and a love for the game. Players learn what it means to compete as a Dragon — playing with hustle, respect, and pride every time they step on the field.

This program is all about development. Whether athletes are transitioning from middle school baseball or picking up new skills, the Freshman team provides the perfect environment to grow and prepare for the challenges of JV and Varsity competition.

Our coaching philosophy emphasises effort, discipline, and sportsmanship. Every practice and game is an opportunity to learn, improve, and become a better teammate — both on and off the diamond.

Prior Coaching Experience:
Coach Burger brings a strong background in player development and youth baseball programs. Before joining Digistorm, he coached for the Clearwater Bay Baseball Club, where he led multiple age groups to league championships and helped several players make the jump to high school varsity.

Athletic Background:
A former collegiate outfielder at Florida State University, Coach Burger is known for his energetic coaching style and focus on fundamentals. His approach blends technical skill-building with a positive, team-first mindset, helping players develop confidence and a true passion for the game.
